Padel Racket Return Policy:

We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of Padel rackets from our online store. If you find that the padel racket you've received doesn't meet your expectations or has any defects, please review our return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility:
You can initiate a return for a padel racket within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the racket must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Defective Products:
If the padel racket you received is defective or damaged, please get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team to inform them about the return.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
-Once approved, you will receive a return authorization along with shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned padel racket, we will process your refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame. If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement racket as soon as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized padel rackets, as well as rackets that show signs of significant use, are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

7. Refund Exceptions:
Please note that any original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Additionally, refunds may not cover any import duties or taxes that you may have incurred.

8. Warranty Policy:
All our rackets are under warranty, the warranty procedure is initiated if the racket is damaged due to a defect in manufacturing as follows:

- The period of warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase, please provide your order number when contacting us for a warranty request.

- If the racket had a defect or crack between the holes (on the face of the racket), you can send to our customer support and they will guide you through the warranty activation process.

- A number of pictures and videos will be requested depending on the brand of the racket. In some cases, the racket needs to be picked up for further investigation.

- The process takes 10-14 business days depending on the brand’s reply.

- The warranty is 100% subjective to the brand’s judgement, a warranty request could either be accepted or rejected. It is worth noting that the brand’s ruling is final and can not be disputed.

- If the warranty is accepted, after handing over the defected racket, you will receive a brand new one from the same model, should the racket be unavailable, you will receive a credit note from Padelovers with the racket’s amount and you can purchase any other item from the store with this credit.
